How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally, although this service for the imminent future.

We typically process orders on the same day if ordered before 1.30pm (GMT) (Mon – Fri)

Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the nature of our products and the storage requirements to maintain their quality, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
How should I store my peptides?
Creams, serums, masks and pure powder should all be kept in a cool, dry location out of direct sunlight
Vial GHK should be stored in a freezer until ready to use, once reconstituted, they should be kept in the refrigerator.
